CFIA Laboratory Analyst Jobs Details:

The job requires you perform the following mentioned duties:

1. You will be Conducting  diagnostic and analytical procedures in the field of food microbiology.
2. Your task will involve evaluating and interpreting several data.
3. You will be troubleshooting and solving various performance issues related to laboratory methods.
4. You will be maintaining records of samples, observations and various tests conducted.
5. You will be writing several standard operating methods.
6. Your daily work will involve conducting audits internally.
7. You will be giving priority samples for attaining the maximum efficiency in meetings.
8. You will be contributing towards the laboratory quality assurance system.

Educational requirement:

You should have completed post-secondary education specializing in biological science. If you have done education from a Non-Canadian institute, it should be equivalent to the Canadian education.

Experience required:

1. You should have a rich experience in conducting complex analytical methodologies for diagnostic and various other research related activities.
2. You should have some experience in operating and maintaining various laboratory related equipment.
